On October 18, 2016 the National Toll Payment Services Plc. (NTPS) terminated the individual agreement on data reporting concluded with the GSM Protect Ltd. on June 13, 2013.

The NTPS Plc. terminated the agreement with ordinary termination on 30 days’ notice, according to the requirements listed under section 15.3 of the document “General Terms and Conditions for the individual contract related to the data provision of toll declaration operators” (GTC), which determines the conditions of the agreement.

According to the GTC the GSM Protect Ltd. is obliged to guarantee the data service related to the toll declaration to its customers for 30 days from the termination of the agreement.

From the termination of the individual agreement between the freight forwarding companies, NTPS and the GSM Protect Ltd. on November 17, 2016, you can only declare your road use by purchasing a route ticket or via another toll declaration operator partner of NTPS.
